Mr. Achintya Kumar Dutt has passed his LL.B and Attorney-at-Law in the year 1978. Thereafter He has enrolled himself to be the member of the Incorporated Law Society, High Court at Calcutta in the year 1978. He has wide experience in all types of Conveyancing relating to Sale Deed, Development Agreement, Franchisee Agreement, Lease Deed, Mortgage Deed, Deed of Gift, Deed of Partnership, Formation of Company/Corporate, Formation of Society, Agreement for Sale, Employment Agreement, Banking and Finance, Will, etc. He is a senior practicing Advocate and has wide experience in Civil Matters while practicing in High Court at Calcutta, City Civil and Small Causes Court at Calcutta, All District Courts, Consumers Forums, Company Law Board, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunals, Building Tribunals and The Supreme Court of India.

Mr. Arnab Dutt has passed B.A.LL.B from the Department of Law (Hazra Campus), University of Calcutta in the year 2008. He has also completed a Diploma Course in Information Technology and Cyber Laws. After completing B.A.LL.B, he went to Manchester, England to pursue LL.M in International Business Laws from The University of Manchester. He thereafter joined the Legal Profession from November 2009 and till now has gained vast experience in matters related to Civil Suits, Civil and Criminal Writs, Company Matters, Arbitration and Conciliation, Consumer Forums, Banking and Finance, Admiralty, LRTT, Service related cases, Criminal Revision, Bail, Anticpatary Bail, etc. He also looks after Conveyancing matters with Mr. Achintya Kumar Dutt and Mr. Aloke Dutt.

Mr. Soumya Dutta has passed B.A.LL.B from Surendra Nath Law College, University of Calcutta in the year 2008 and has been practicing in New Delhi in all kind of Civil and Criminal Matters at present. He has also completed a Diploma Course in Cyber Laws. He has commenced his career from September 2009 as an Advocate of High Court at Calcutta. In 2011, he went to New Delhi and started practicing in the Legal Field and has appeared in Supreme Court of India, High Court at Delhi, District Courts, Consumer Courts and different Tribunals.
