He has wide experience in all types of Conveyancing relating to Sale Deed, Development Agreement, Franchisee Agreement, Lease Deed, Mortgage Deed, Deed of Gift, Deed of Partnership, Formation of Company/Corporate, Formation of Society, Agreement for Sale, Employment Agreement, Banking and Finance, Will, etc. He is a senior practicing Advocate and has wide experience in Civil Matters while practicing in High Court at Calcutta, City Civil and Small Causes Court at Calcutta, All District Courts, Consumers Forums, Company Law Board, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunals, Building Tribunals and The Supreme Court of India.
